Antibody Labeling Kit

All components required to label 50-100 µg of purified antibody with a recommended starting concentration 0.5-1.1 mg/ml in carrier-free buffer with biotin. The kit utilizes RightON technology to conjugate your antibody to biotin in 10 minutes with minimal hands-on time. It includes RightON biotin, a recommended red desalting column to eliminate free biotin from your assays, a modifier, a quencher, streptavidin-HRP reagent, and a Yellow Cell Palette chromogen sufficient to stain 100 slides by IHC.

Antibody needs to be at a concentration of 0.5-1.1mg/ml in buffer free of extraneous proteins such as BSA, serum or gelatin. Antibody formulations containing azide, trehalose or other sugars are acceptable. No tris buffer.
